So far I have the Emerald K6 ECU and tested it with the provided software.
While I am in there I will also replace the narrow band HEGO (Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen) sensors with an Inovate 3844 MTXL wide band air/fuel ratio gauge/logger to have the ECU fine tune the mixture.
Still need:
- 6 ballast resistors for the low impedance injectors. The ECU requires high impedance.
- Three way switch and resistor to dynamically switch between ECU maps.
- Fabricate an extended dash on the transmission tunnel for the AFR gauge, map switch, and idiot lights for low fuel, and radiator fan running.
